? Role Description:
We are looking for a communicative, empathetic, and organized person to handle customer phone calls and respond to their requests within their own competencies. In situations that require the intervention of a colleague from the technical team, you will efficiently direct the discussion and follow up on the resolution of the case.
✅ Main Responsibilities:
Recording requests and issues communicated by customers;
Redirecting complex cases to colleagues in the technical team;
Maintaining a professional and friendly attitude in every conversation.
? What we are looking for in you:
Excellent verbal communication skills and active listening;
Calmness, patience, and empathy in dealing with customers;
Basic knowledge of computer use and CRM applications;
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to procedures;
Previous experience in a call center is an advantage but not mandatory.
