RCF RDNET CONTROL 2 - Hardware interface that allows the connection of RCF devices compatible with RDNet (such as TTL55-A, TTL33-A II, TTL31-A II, etc.) to a personal computer (PC) via a USB port. The RDNet system has been developed to create a data network intended for monitoring and controlling multiple systems.
RDNet Control 2 can manage up to 2 subnets, with up to 32 devices connected to each subnet (a total of 64 devices). Device addressing is done automatically by RDNet Control 2. Each device receives a unique address upon network startup. To operate the RDNet network, it is necessary to install the appropriate software on a PC running Microsoft Windows®.
From the PC, the user can monitor each connected device and modify parameters such as output level, mute, equalisation, delay, etc. The network and device configuration can be saved on the PC and reloaded later. RDNet is a “real-time” system, allowing global visualisation of the connected devices.
