Although everyone here says the professionalism of the store is fine, I can say that once again the reviews are true, prompt and quick. As for the monitors, I'm really satisfied with how they sound even though I don't have an acoustically treated room. You can hear the difference between the HS7 and what I had before, some speakers but not at this quality. The construction of the speakers is high quality, as are the materials. They come without input cables and if you're not careful and don't have them handy, you might end up ordering just the cables. Other than that, in my opinion, they are worth the investment which is not very high compared to what these studio monitors from Yamaha offer.
