The speakers are good quality for the price, for a small study room, used for backing tracks and a microphone, they are more than sufficient. The sound is clear and at higher volume as long as the bass is set correctly. In conclusion, I recommend them.
I give the Boxelor two stars because they seem too bassy to me, despite being monitors, it feels like they amplify the bass and I struggle to hear the highs clearly. Plus, I've used them 5 times in a few months and they broke.
I give the guys at soundcreation 5 stars because they took them in for service quickly and replaced them just as fast since they couldn't figure them out.
Just like the previous iteration (Presonus Eris 3.5 First Gen), this second version of the famous studio monitors impresses with clarity and volume. Although the woofer seems a bit better, the bass is still not a strong point of the speakers, which I don't think was a main expectation from speakers of this size anyway.
