Last week, the Superbooth 2018 fair took place in Berlin, where all the major and minor producers of electronic and digital equipment, as well as anything related to electronic music production, were present. Spectrasonics was also there showcasing the latest version of Omnisphere, namely version 2.5.
This comes with a new and much-anticipated feature “Hardware Synth Integration” that allows you to control the software using one or more synthesizers that you probably already own. Spectrasonics has created a series of profiles for several synthesizers ranging from high-end models from Moog, Dave Smith, etc., to entry-level ones like Korg Minilogue, Bass Station, or others.
