Ableton Live is a powerful and unique music production software. Such software deserves a controller to match. In response to this need, Ableton joined forces with Akai Pro, resulting in the new Akai Pro APC40. APC40 is a controller specifically designed for Ableton Live. It features a unique matrix of buttons that provides direct access to session samples. The controller also includes a mixer section with 8 tracks that offers control for volume, solo/pre-cue, record arm, etc. With many other innovative functions waiting to be discovered and explored, this tool is very powerful and creates a strong connection between the user and the computer.
