With joy in my heart and a smile on my face thanks to a Saffire LE sitting on my desk in my personal studio, I announce that we are the first audio equipment store in Romania to bring the range of products from Focusrite to our country.
The British audio equipment manufacturer, although renowned abroad for the excellent price/performance ratio of its channel strips, preamps, and audio interfaces, is not very well known here, so I have made a brief summary of the products that I personally find most interesting from them:
Saffire Range
With four models, Saffire Pro 26 I/O, Saffire Pro 10 I/O, Saffire, and Saffire LE, it offers audio interfaces with Firewire connectivity, featuring some very interesting characteristics: signal preamps based on the famous "Green" preamps from Focusrite, a very powerful signal routing matrix, built-in DSPs (only on Saffire), clean and ear-pleasing AD/DA converters, as well as an excellent price/performance ratio.
Twintrak Pro
A true channel strip with two channels of Focusrite Platinum preamplification with variable input impedance, optical compressors that can run in both dual mono and stereo, a very versatile equalizer, digital input, as well as the possibility of adding digital outputs. Another advantage, in addition to those mentioned, would be the very extensive monitoring capabilities.
