When Presonus designed the StudioLive III series, they envisioned it not just as a series of digital mixers but as a complete ecosystem. An ecosystem that integrates digital consoles, rack mixers, personal monitoring mixers, and stage boxes that interconnect and communicate with each other with great ease. You can build a system tailored to your current needs but easily adjustable as those needs evolve over time.
Let's take a look at the elements of this system together.
StudioLive III Console Mixers are among the most powerful mixers in their class. As a result of nine years of R&D, the 3rd generation of StudioLive mixers features motorized, touch-sensitive faders and XMAX preamps. StudioLive III is available in 16, 24, and 32 channel configurations.
StudioLive III Rack Mixers are practically the entire power of StudioLive mixers compacted into a small, convenient unit controllable via tablet. They can also be used as a stage box or monitoring mixer. Available in 16, 24, and 32 channel versions.
Presonus EarMix 16M is a personal monitoring mixer. Now you can network multiple EarMix 16 mixers, allowing each band member to create their own monitoring mix. The amplified headphone output provides extremely clear and powerful sound when needed.
NSB 16.8 and NSB 8.8 - Connect all your stage inputs to the StudioLive console using Stageboxes and replace that heavy, cumbersome multicore cable with a CAT5 or CAT6 Ethernet cable. Remote preamps, inputs, and phantom power tie everything together. And it's durable!
SW5E AVB Switch with 5 PoE Ports - SW5E offers us 5 ports, 4 of which have PoE, allowing you to expand your system as needed. With this, you can connect multiple stage boxes and personal EarMix 16 mixers to build a complete system that meets your requirements.
In the video below, you will see an example of how the StudioLive Ecosystem is implemented.
