Terms and Conditions – Contest #SunetulMeuSC

2. Eligibility

Participation is open to all individuals aged at least 18 years, residing in Romania.
Employees of SoundCreation.ro, affiliates, and first-degree relatives are not eligible for prizes.
Participation is only possible from public Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok accounts.

3. Contest Period

The contest runs from October 10, 2025, 00:00 – October 29, 2025, 23:59 (Romanian time).

4. How to Participate

Follow the official SoundCreation page on Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok.
Post a photo or video according to the campaign rules, illustrating "your sound" or your musical equipment.
Tag the official SoundCreation page in your post.
Use the hashtag #SunetulMeuSC in the description.
Each participant can submit multiple entries but can win only one prize.

5. Content Requirements

Participation requires original materials created by the participant; plagiarism or unauthorized use of third-party content leads to disqualification.
Materials with explicit, offensive, or discriminatory content are not allowed.
By participating, each contestant grants SoundCreation.ro the right to use, republish, and adapt the submitted materials for promotional and marketing purposes, without territorial limitation and without additional compensation.

6. Winner Selection

Winners will be selected based on creativity, technical quality, and public engagement, according to the announced criteria.
The jury will consist of the SoundCreation.ro marketing team.
Public engagement is calculated until October 31, 2025, at 23:59.
Results will be published by November 3, 2025, on SoundCreation.ro channels.

7. Prizes

First Prize (1st place): a prize worth 1,500 RON, which the winner can use to purchase any in-stock product or combination of in-stock products at SoundCreation.ro, within this amount.
5 Honorable Mentions: each winner will receive a pair of JBL Tune 770 NC headphones.
Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be transferred to other persons.

8. Announcement and Delivery of Prizes

Winners will be contacted via direct message on the platform they participated from.
Failure to respond within 7 days will result in forfeiture of the prize, and another winner will be selected.
Prizes will be delivered (vouchers and physical products) within a maximum of 30 days from validation.

9. Privacy

Personal data collected will be processed exclusively for the contest, in accordance with GDPR.

10. Limitation of Liability

SoundCreation.ro is not responsible for lost or unreceived posts due to technical reasons.
By participating, contestants declare that they release SoundCreation.ro from any liability regarding the contest or the use of prizes.

11. Disputes and Applicable Law

Any dispute will be resolved amicably, and if this is not possible, the competence lies with the courts of Romania.
The contest is governed by Romanian law.

12. Amendment of the Rules

SoundCreation.ro reserves the right to modify or cancel the contest in case of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances.
