This is a super stand, and the quality/price ratio... wow! It's a lightweight stand, doesn't scratch the guitar, but what I like most is that it's dual. Since I have both an acoustic guitar and a bass, when I study/record with one of them, I can use it for both. Excellent idea. I'm very satisfied with this product.
