I have tested almost everything available here in terms of strings, even those brought from abroad.
These are the only strings that last a MINIMUM of 7 months, even with extreme styles, speed, bends, wide vibrato, fusion shred, and smooth legato/glissando, without deteriorating, both in terms of sound and feel. With any other set, I have serious problems; after just 3 hours they become reddish, etc... Elixirs have treated plain steel strings, and that’s the magic (not just the coating on the wounded ones). I wouldn't put anything else on Carvins. Highly recommend! Thanks.
