Hi, communication and delivery were exemplary, as well as advice and speed. As for the product, it doesn't have amazing protective features for the keys during transport and exposure to shocks, being quite thin, which doesn't mean it can't be handled carefully. I use it for a YC 61, as the dedicated one is too expensive (3x the price) and only the height of the case would be a mismatch of a few centimeters extra space above the keys, which can be compensated somehow with a dust cover (just an idea). Otherwise, it's definitely worth it, and the look as well as the utility are professional.
