Soundcraft released the renowned Spirit FX16 in 1997, a model that became popular due to its effects and direct outputs. Ten years later, the manufacturer created the FX16 II with Lexicon digital effects. The FX16 II uses the same AudioDNA processor found in Lexicon modules (for example, in the MX400 model).
