Electro Voice RE520 - Professional vocal microphone, condenser with supercardioid polar pattern. Designed to reveal exceptional details, high sound clarity, and the necessary elements for expressive live performances. The sound characteristic is rich and detailed with a warm and clear low-end, natural and present midrange, and an open and detailed high-end. The Supercardioid polar pattern ensures excellent acoustic isolation, and maximum feedback rejection occurs when a stage monitor is positioned at 225° or at 125° off-axis from the element. 

The multi-stage pop filter consists of two layers of dense foam separated by air, which attenuates the wind velocity caused by breathing and various factors. The integrated high-pass filter has two positions: the Flat position, which offers the full frequency band of the capsule, and the high-pass position, which attenuates frequencies below 150 Hz.

The integrated shock mount easily isolates the microphone element from vibrations and protects against handling noise.
