Audio-Technica AT8024

Audio-Technica AT8024 - permanently polarised condenser shotgun microphone designed for camera mounting. It features selectable operation modes of line-cardioid mono or matrixed mid-side stereo, allowing focus on a single audio source or expanding the acoustic field, providing a simple yet powerful solution for high-resolution audio capture in video applications. It has selectable internal attenuation with 3 levels for capturing weak or very strong signals without distortion. Additionally, it includes a low-cut filter to reduce ambient noise, room reverberation, or handling noise. It contains internal rubber noise attenuators to isolate sounds produced by the camera. Powered by a single AA battery for maximum performance and SPL, it is equipped with a mount for DSLR cameras, digital cameras, or those fitted with a shoe-mount system. It features a compact, lightweight construction, with a red/green LED power indicator. Supplied with a foam windscreen and a faux fur windscreen.
