The power of a hybrid polysynth The two digital sound engines of the MiniFreak offer 31 modes and can be used individually, layered, or to process each other's signal, creating unique composite sound behaviours. The 6 digital voices combine with polyphonic analog filters, balancing digital clarity with a rich analog response.
Customisable and experimental sound design The extended modulation matrix of the MiniFreak offers even more control over shaping, transforming, and evolving sound, with features such as polyphonic ADSR envelopes, customisable multi-segment LFO shapes, FM and Ring modulation, plus the well-known Spice & Dice options for randomisation.
Stereo sound ready for mixing With stereo outputs and 3 slots for digital effects, including 10 types of effects, users have everything they need to push their sound to the limit while keeping it ready for mixing — from stereo chorus for widening the sound, to a surgical 3-band equaliser, to personality-driven distortions.
Expressiveness meets chaos Despite its focus on wild and exploratory sound design, the MiniFreak is an expressive instrument. The velocity-sensitive keyboard with 37 keys and aftertouch, plus spontaneous sequencing and arpeggiator functions, make it a dream for performance, while the randomisation features put playfulness first.
MiniFreak V MiniFreak comes with a dedicated VST version, allowing complete integration of the hybrid sound and unique presets into DAW productions and vice versa. Using the same sound engines and architecture, it offers a mirrored virtual experience of the synthesizer, at no extra cost.
