The Meinl Sonic Energy Solid Kalimba (sometimes called a thumb piano) is a melodic instrument with a soft sound that fills the space around you with ethereal tones while plucking the notes. This kalimba has 8 steel keys (tines) in the C major scale. This instrument is easy to play and does not require any musical background. It is great for sound healing therapy, meditation, and yoga; teachers can also use it to engage a class. Of course, musicians can have fun with it as well.
