ensures tuning stability

unlike vintage tuners, this model does its job wonderfully. the strings run smoothly which increases tuning stability if you frequently use the tremolo bar. watch out for the length of the mounting screws! they might be a bit too long. check before screwing in. it's best to use the ones that came with the original tuners. otherwise, for a modest amount, you get rid of a major problem - unstable tuning - and the strings will be happy to move freely.
