DiMarzio DP 222CR D Activator X Bridge

For nearly 30 years, DiMarzio® X2N® has been the best choice for total power. In recent years, we have developed entirely new ways to combine power with clarity, resulting for the first time in D Activator™. Now we bring you the D Activator-X™ Bridge model. It has the same striking appearance as the X2N®, but we have adjusted the output and tuned the coils to different frequencies to create a powerful sound that opens wide, with a surprisingly clean tone when the volume control is reduced, even with extreme metals and high-gain amps. The Neck model is designed to produce an extremely focused attack centred on the upper midrange, with less pull and output from the magnet to perfectly balance with the Bridge model. The D Activator-X™ Bridge model features universal spacing for both standard applications and F-spacing.
