Fender Duel Pugilist Distortion - Step into the ring with this distortion pedal with a one-two punch. The Duel Pugilist features the same distortion voices found in the popular Pugilist pedal, but with new combinations designed for a knockout. The Duel Pugilist offers three operating modes: Series, Mute, and Parallel. Series mode allows stacking the two distortions just like you would with two separate pedals, while Bypass mode enables blending two different distortions or a clean sound with a distorted sound. Mute mode allows you to use one distortion to create the main tone and then add an additional distortion sound on top for extra richness and complexity. It also features a master shelving EQ with 2 bands.
Designed by Fender's guru, the Duel Pugilist is a completely original Fender circuit. The chassis is made from lightweight and durable anodized aluminium, and the backlit LED buttons show you the control settings at a glance on a dark stage.
