The solid mahogany body with AA figured maple top offers rich sustain and warm tone, while the Burstbucker 1 and 2 pickups provide full and dynamic tones characteristic of Gibson's golden era.

The hand-applied nitro finish, lightly faded in a “Vintage” style, gives each guitar a unique appearance. The ABR-1 Tune-O-Matic bridge and aluminium Stop Bar tailpiece ensure excellent sustain and stability.
