GB Hot Rod Deluxe™ is a 40-watt 1x12 inch combo, specially adapted for the virtuoso of the famous jazz guitar and world-renowned pop artist George Benson. It features a full tube 6L6 power section and a versatile all-tube preamp - including a 12AT7 in the front for a cleaner tone; especially with humbucking pickups. A Jensen® C12K 100-watt speaker handles Benson's solo playing style with clarity and range, while the solid pine cabinet enhances tonal resonance while reducing weight. It includes clean and 'drive/more-drive' channels, Fender spring reverb, effects loop, and much more. Custom exterior touches specified by Benson himself include a grey-black vinyl covering, silver-striped grille cloth, and a 'GB' logo badge. A worthy padded luxury cover and a two-button footswitch are included. The separate 1x12" extension cabinet (part number 223-1400-000) adds output, fullness, and stage coverage.
