The heart of the TURN 3 MK2 model is the synchronous belt drive system, powered by a low-vibration DC motor, making the motor noise almost imperceptible. The specially redesigned arm for the TURN 3 MK2 offers excellent tracking performance, contributing to an outstanding audio experience. The headshell connector uses the GM/SME mechanism, allowing individual mounting of headshells and preferred systems on the arm.
The TURN 3 MK2 eliminates the need for manual belt changes. Depending on the type of record, the speed can be conveniently selected between 33, 45, and 78 RPM via the large speed selector. Thus, shellac records can also be played using a compatible cartridge. Thanks to the integrated semi-automatic function, the TURN 3 MK2 automatically stops playback at the end of the record. This function can be disabled for complete manual control.
The integrated USB interface allows for direct digitization of favourite records on PC or Mac at CD quality. Ideal for archiving a vinyl collection or for listening on the go. Equipped with a high-quality preamplifier, the TURN 3 MK2 can be connected directly to an amplifier even without a phono input, eliminating the need for a separate external preamplifier.
