This microphone will be a hit - It just needs to be discovered
I have 6 Presonus products around me - from the USB interface, to active speakers, mixer and now this PD 70 which has become my favorite from Presonus.
I don't know what to praise first - the design, the price or the sound :)
It sounds very present, open and dry (on my voice it accentuates the 's' a bit, but that can be fixed with a de-esser).
It looks really good (just as good as the Shure SM7B), and the mounting foot reminds me of the Neumann U47 FET, it's truly ergonomic and looks good from any angle, regardless of the stand you mount it on (table or boom).
The price is very good, especially if you have a podcast project.
Try one and you'll want three :)
