LD Systems Zone 624 - a 4-zone mixer in a construction that occupies 3 rack units (1U). It has 6 line inputs and two microphone channels, which can be assigned to a zone or master output. It features an input for an external emergency announcement system with its own volume control, and a connection for a remotely controlled mute switch. It is ideal for controlling PA sound installations for restaurants, clubs, hotels, fitness centres, presentations, and DJs. The two balanced microphone channels are equipped with controls for Gain, Talkover volume, +12V phantom power, and a 3-band EQ.
The talkover attenuation can be set individually for all output zones from the back of the unit. The 6 stereo input channels are equipped with gain control, LED peak signal indicators, 45 mm faders, cue buttons, and RCA connectors, as well as a balanced TRS and FOH input for channel 6. It also has a selectable auxiliary input with a 3.5 mm mini jack connector, and a USB port that can be used as an input/output for recording, transforming the mixer into an external audio interface.
The master section outputs are electronically balanced, using XLR and block connectors. The stereo zone also has unbalanced RCA connectors. The maximum output level can be set individually for each zone. The 3 mono outputs have a 2-band EQ, a selectable high-pass filter at 100 Hz, and a MIC mute switch with a level indicator. The stereo output is equipped with a 3-band EQ, control for talkover sensitivity, and two LED chain level indicators. Furthermore, it offers a recording output and a headphone output with controllable PFL.
