Allen&Heath MixWizard WZ4 12:2 - versatile analogue mixer equipped with 100 mm faders. It features 8 microphone/line inputs with inserts and direct outputs, 6 auxiliary outputs (1-4 selectable pre/post fader, 5+6 post fader), two dual stereo full channel inputs, two stereo returns, and two built-in digital FX processors (2x 16 presets).
Channels 1 to 8 mic/line are equipped with balanced XLR connectors and TRS jacks and Phantom Power supply voltage for use with microphones or instruments, each channel having a 4-band EQ, peak indicator, -20 dB pad, 6 auxiliary send potentiometers, pan potentiometer, channel mute, and a high-pass filter that attenuates frequencies below 80 Hz at 12 dB per octave. The mixer also includes 2 channels with dual stereo inputs that can be used separately, mixed together, or split and routed so that one feeds into the other.
Channels 1 to 8 feature inserts that can be used to insert processing equipment into the signal chain, such as compressors, EQs, or delay units. Additionally, each channel has direct outputs that allow sending signals to external recording consoles or audio recording interfaces. The auxiliary send channels have balanced TRS jack connectors, through which audio signals can be sent to stage monitors or other external equipment. Besides all this, the mixer is equipped with two stereo return channels with TRS jack connectors with separate gain control, allowing the use of signals from external sources such as CD or MP3 players.
