Cort KX307MS OPM - The KX series from Cort is an electric guitar with a modern design. In particular, the KX307MS model with seven strings, featuring a multiscale neck and Power Bar humbuckers, is an obvious choice for today's players of heavier styles - from djent to core and metal - due to its affordable price.
The body of the guitar is made from mahogany. The neck and fingerboard made of maple have undergone a special thermal treatment before assembly, making the wood more stable and giving it the golden appearance of established guitars. The fingerboard surface is adorned with twenty-four inclined frets (multiscale concept) and black rain drop-shaped position markers.
Two passive Power Bar humbuckers, specially designed for multi-string guitars, provide the guitar with a dynamic articulated sound, with a balanced response across all strings. Volume pots, tone controls, and a three-position pickup switch are used to adjust it. Tuning stability and good sustain are ensured by mounting the strings in the company's Die-Cast mechanics and through a solid fingerboard (seven separate stones) through the body of the instrument.
