I bought this product for someone in the family. Unfortunately, the watch was defective from the factory (not Sound Creation's fault).
Still, I have all the respect for them for their exceptionally prompt service in returning and replacing the defective watch with a brand new one, in record time (at most two days from notification). This is the second time I am pleasantly impressed by Sound Creation.
The watch works perfectly, it is unique and extremely useful. In my case, it is used for playing the piano, but it is designed for any type of instrument, as long as you wear it on your hand or foot.
