Defective product

I ordered two products, one on 14.10.2019 which works very well, and another on 31.10.2019 which was delivered defective, so I will return it. The defective product had poor quality jacks, connecting a high-quality RCA cable, one channel didn't work at all, and the other channel was outputting a chaotic signal. Both were purchased for 129 lei each + 15 lei for shipping, a good price for a functional product. As for the recommendation, I have changed my opinion a bit about Monacor products which I thought were 100/100 quality.
