In my opinion, the best choice I could make among all the vinyl cleaning accessories. The uni-directional microfibers really help clean the impurities from the grooves. Very good ergonomics. Initially, I wanted to go for a wooden handle version and I don't regret choosing this kit. The price is very good compared to the quality. I recommend it to everyone!!! I was a bit hesitant but I admit I shouldn't have been because it's an extraordinary product. It brought my discs "to light". Too bad the reserve is small and runs out quickly.
I used this kit to clean some old Electrecord records, collected before '90, along with an anti-static dust brush and a kit for cleaning the needle. The brush (it's a sponge covered with a material I think is microfiber) cleans the records well, but given how dusty they were, I used much more cleaning liquid than what the instructions say, and I ran out. Now I continue to use the brush with a mixture of isopropyl alcohol and distilled water (1:3) (for 1L I add 1-2 drops of dishwashing rinse liquid to eliminate the surface tension of the water). (Since the records still have scratches, to reduce pops, after I record in WAV format at 96kHz / 24bit, I use the program https://sourceforge.net/projects/declicker/ surprisingly effective).
