The system consists of 2 x handheld transmitters BLX2, each with a Beta58 dynamic microphone capsule and the BLX88 receiver.
The sound provided by the Beta58 capsule is warm and clear, suitable for both lead and backing vocals, for DJs or presenters, featuring a durable construction, internal shock mount, and a metal grille for capsule protection. The Beta58A dynamic capsule has a super-cardioid pattern and an audio frequency range of 50 Hz - 16 kHz.
The analog wireless receiver BLX88 has improved linearity and frequency response, 12 channels/frequency groups, ideally calibrated internal antennas, providing a range of up to 90m (in open field), with automatic frequency scanning. Outputs via XLR connectors (balanced) and 6.35mm TS jack (unbalanced). A maximum of 3 BLX288 systems can be used in parallel.
The BLX2 transmitter is powered by 2 AA batteries (alkaline or rechargeable) and can operate for up to 14 hours.
