serious problems

I bought this product about 2 years ago. Everything was good until about 6 months ago when a crack appeared in the microphone arm, which eventually led to the arm breaking. I went to warranty with it, but as expected, it was my fault because I didn't use it the way the manufacturer wants, meaning not to use it at all.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT, it's a toy!
