Electro-Voice EKX-18SP - active subwoofer, ideal for live events or DJs, with a power of 1300 W / 134 dB SPL, provided by a Class D amplifier. With the help of the single-button user interface and the LCD navigation screen, QuickSmartDSP processing can be easily accessed. The cardioid control technology allows for audio signal direction towards the audience while simultaneously reducing the stage sound signal by up to 35 dB. It features temperature-controlled cooling, which automatically adjusts the fan speed for optimal cooling. It offers 2 XLR outputs for interconnection with other subwoofers or satellites. The cabinet construction incorporates large ventilation ports to benefit from reduced distortion sound, and a metal protective grille with M20 threaded points for suspended mounting.
