Passive volume controller for studio monitors. Being completely passive means that due to the absence of active components, MoCo does not alter or modify the audio signal at all.
MoCo offers 2 separate stereo inputs (balanced TRS large jack connectors and RCA or small stereo jack connectors) and 2 separate stereo outputs (balanced XLR and large TRS jack + small TRS jack). MoCo does not change the balanced signal into an unbalanced signal; it outputs exactly as it enters.
With a switch, you can select the input signal, and separate buttons can activate the outputs. The Mono button switches the stereo signal to a Mono signal. Changing the left/right channels can be done by pressing the L<->R button, and the massive central knob controls the volume level.
Input channel A: 2 x 1/4" balanced TRS
Input channel B: 2 x unbalanced RCA and 1/8" unbalanced mini jack
Output channel A: 2 x balanced XLR
Output channel B: 2 x balanced/unbalanced 1/4" TRS and 1/8" unbalanced mini jack
I am satisfied with the product. My unit was a bit off-center and didn't sit well with all 4 rubber feet on the table. I unscrewed the screws on the back and rearranged it, and now it's fine. Also, the red paint on the front could be more "vibrant". The level indicator on the central button could be bigger to make it easier to see.
Attention, the product reached me EXTREMELY quickly. The next day, in less than 24 hours (order placed around 5 PM and product received around 12 PM the next day).

Pros: exactly as described. The potentiometer is very good, very smooth, quiet (I bought it because the volume potentiometer of my sound card was acting up). It's useful only if you have or plan to use two pairs of monitors (considering it's just a volume controller). Cons: the red color is not as bright as it seems in the pictures and videos, and the shape (in pictures and even the official videos it looks wider and bigger. In reality, it's smaller and narrower. Conclusion: I recommend it 100%.
