The concert is slightly larger, with a fuller sound and deeper bass, and remains easy to play for adult hands — often the second choice, or the first for someone transitioning from guitar. The tenor is the largest of the three, with a sound closest to a small guitar, but requires more accustomed fingers with a longer neck.
