Kalimba Gewa
A chromatic instrument, palm-sized, consisting of a wooden base or block with thin, flat metal bars fixed above it, which can be plucked with the fingers. The wooden base amplifies the sound of the metal tongues. The original instrument is called Mbira and is a traditional African instrument.
