It seems hard to use at first and it took me about a week to get used to it, but I want to say that it's way better than the Axe FX, with the amps from SDS and the OwnHammer Heavy Hitters IRs, it's wow.
Tonex sounds very good. And the cool part is that I managed to connect it to the Boss GT 100. The GT changes the presets from Tonex via a MIDI cable, with Tonex connected in the FX loop of the GT. I only use the effects from the old processor (wah, overdrive, boost, chorus, delay, reverb, noise-gate), with the amp and cabinet sounds coming from Tonex. Very easy to work with Tonex, everything is intuitive. Super satisfied with my choice.
