Zoom H5 recorder is a very versatile piece of tech. I'm using it mostly for sound design for my video works, but it fits for podcast, sound ideas recordings as well. With two connected XLR microphones, it is possible to record a live band, headphones input to monitor the mix live and make changes in real time. Very good price/quality ratio..HIGHLY recommended!!
