MIDI thru interface that multiplies the incoming MIDI signal to 7 outputs. To power the unit, you need a USB DC adapter cable (not included in the package).
First of all, Sound Creation is the only store in Romania where I finally found such a product. I asked all the big music instrument and equipment stores in Bucharest for a MIDI splitter and no one had it. I was even told, "In the 3 years I've worked here, only one person has asked for something like this, so it doesn't make sense to bring it in." So I'm glad I found it here, because otherwise I would have had to order it from abroad. Plus, it was delivered a few days before the estimated date.
As for the product itself, from what I've tested today, it works perfectly "out of the box" and does everything I needed without any issues. It seems to have a solid construction and looks pretty good among the other equipment. I use it to send MIDI signals to multiple synthesizers set to different MIDI channels, either from a keyboard controller or from a virtual sequencer (Ableton Live). I have no latency or other problems, even though the MIDI signal goes through many devices.
It's worth noting that the device includes a USB cable in the package, but no power supply, but it can be used with any phone charger with USB or most likely with a free USB port from the computer.
The price seems fair and similar to what I've seen in big stores from other countries.
If you own or plan to purchase multiple synthesizers and/or sound modules, such a device will become essential in your setup.
In short, so far I am completely satisfied with my purchase.
