AKG WMS 40 MiniInstrumental Set is a UHF wireless system that provides good sound and ease of use at an unbeatable quality/price ratio.
The system includes an SR 40 MINI receiver, a PT 40 MINI pocket transmitter, an MKG L instrument cable, a universal power supply with adapters for EU/UK/US, and an AA battery.
The SR 40 Mini receiver has 3 status LEDs, one indicating power on/off, another indicating if the receiver is receiving a signal, and a third for when the audio signal is too strong (AF CLIP). The volume control adjusts the level for the 1/4" jack output.
The PT 40 Mini is probably one of the smallest and lightest pocket transmitters in its class. The input connector for the PT 40 Mini is a mini XLR (3-pin), compatible with AKG's miniature microphones. The transmitter operates with an AA battery, and the battery life is up to 30 hours.
OK equipment, but it interferes with another device (I have an AKG system with two wireless microphones, it interferes with one of them, so I can only use one microphone and the AKG WMS 40 Mini Instrumental, or the two microphones)
