The SCY2025WT and SCY2060WT speaker cables have been specially developed for permanent installation in fresh water or in the ground. This has been achieved by using our waterproof PVC compound. The PVC of the core insulation and the outer sheath fulfil all the requirements of standard HD 603 S1/A3:2007-04 type DIV 4, while the outer sheath also fulfils classes DMV 5, DMV 6 and DMV 18 of standard HD 603 S1/A3 and an increased fire load and flame resistance in accordance with IEC 60332-1. Thanks to the extended operating temperature range of -30°C to +80°C, these loudspeaker cables are ideally suited for permanent outdoor installation.
