Vandoren V16 A7 S+ is a mouthpiece that you can't play on as a beginner. I ordered a Yamaha 4C and this mouthpiece is made in Indonesia, it's weak compared to the Japanese one! And regarding the return, you refused! I don't think that's normal! I've bought many products from you, but this is it!
