Audac BASO 10 Black - Passive subwoofer equipped with a high-performance 10" woofer with an RMS power of 225 Watts and a maximum power of 450 Watts. The power of this speaker comes from a 1.5" voice coil with four layers of winding, combined with an oversized ferrite magnet, which provides an unusually high force factor. Together with the low-loss suspension, this results in linear behaviour, high efficiency, and an extremely wide frequency range. These carefully selected high-quality materials, combined with precise acoustic craftsmanship, result in deep and faithful bass reproduction.
The extremely efficient design results in a sensitivity of 96 dB with the ability to continuously produce sound pressure of up to 120 dB. The frequency response varies from 54 Hz to 1.2 kHz, while also dropping down to 38 Hz at -10 dB. Alongside these acoustic aspects, special attention has been given to all other aspects, making it as versatile as possible. The enclosure is designed to be compact, without sacrificing robustness, thanks to the high-quality 15 mm plywood material, finished with a structured coating. Connections are made using two compatible SpeakON connectors, located in a recessed connection cup, allowing for linking with other cabinets. This also enables placement close to any wall or corner.
