Behringer is broken

It doesn't work anymore. Bought in 2021, I've used it about 20 times. Problems from the start: crackling, buzzing. The buttons became unresponsive after about a year, there's noise in the signal, and now it turns on but doesn't receive a signal anymore. I'm sorry, but it's a very bad product. Cheap and bad. The digital part, USB, has background noise, not loud, but enough that it’s not worth the purchase, and now that doesn't work either.
