Purchase of a wired microphone

The purchase arrived well packaged and on time, but at the first attempt, I was surprised by a lot of crackling and distorted sounds that I couldn't understand. My Sony MHC-V43D system has 2 mono inputs, one for the microphone and the other for the guitar with a 6.3mm jack, and then I discovered that the Adam Hall 4 STAR BFV 0060 cable was stereo, and that's where the distortions came from. After replacing it with a mono adapter cable, the problems disappeared, and I am very satisfied with the purchase.
