I bought it 2 years ago and I can only say good things about it. You don't have any problems with it. It has sturdy grips and compared to something similar from Rode, it's very light. This makes it very practical even on a smaller or cheaper stand/arm.
The shock mount is solid, made of quality metal, and the elastics are strong. The only problem is the pop filter, which has a frame made of pretty cheap plastic and a very thin mesh. It does stop the plosives, but it turns them into hissing sounds. A metal filter would probably be more suitable.
Only four stars because the filter arm is not high enough for a longer microphone, and one of the mounting heads on the support didn't have the internal thread...
Eee...e! I really think I've made the best choice here. I haven't had anything related to a home studio before. It's really useful. I really wanted to see what a shock mount can do, and especially since it has a pop filter, it's truly practical.
