The IR-200 transforms your pedal into a standalone direct sound solution for live playback, studio recording, and practice. It delivers massive amplifier tones from a small footprint and integrates seamlessly with all your favourite pedals, including stereo modulation, delay, and reverb effects. Once you create your tones, you can send them to a stage amplifier, a PA, a computer recording system, or headphones - or even all at once.

Premium Tones for Guitar and Bass

The inspiring amplifiers of the IR-200 feel great, sound fantastic, and interact beautifully with drives and other types of front pedals. Eight guitar amplifiers provide suitable platforms, from classic clean, tweed, and class A to vintage and modern high-gain, while three bass amplifiers deliver rich and powerful sounds, from clean to driven. Each amplifier type features sensitive controls for gain, bass, mid, and treble to quickly dial in the essential sounds, and a noise suppressor is handy to tame high-gain noise. It is also possible to completely bypass the amplifier section and use the high-quality IRs of the IR-200 cabinet with a load box amplifier configuration or an external modeller.

Deep Sound Control

Offering deep sound shaping tools and 128 memories, the IR-200 allows you to build a library of settings for every situation. Use different amplifiers for different styles, do more with two parametric or graphic EQs, and add some space with one of the three ambience effects. Two IRs can be used simultaneously, allowing you to mix tones or create wide stereo sounds. There is also an effects loop that can be positioned before or after the cabinet IR section, complete with support for stereo effects, series/parallel operation, and more. And at the end of the chain, two global EQs are available for final sound refinement.

Stage Commander

With the IR-200 display, panel controls, and flexible connectivity, you can work confidently on any stage. Grab the dedicated knobs to modify tones in the heat of the moment and send independent streams to a stage amplifier and a PA via the two output jacks. Scroll through memories with the two integrated footswitches while performing and control a variety of functions with external footswitches or an expression pedal. MIDI control is also available, allowing you to interface with other pedals and MIDI-equipped devices, such as the ES-8 and ES-5 loop switchers.

Ready for Recording and Live Streaming

Alongside its other powerful features, the IR-200 is a high-quality USB audio interface for music recording and streaming software. Dedicated drivers provide a full range of audio interface functionalities on macOS and Windows computers, while basic stereo audio streaming is possible with iOS devices. Record tracks and monitor sound with your computer's DAW, re-amp sounds through pedals, amplifiers, and the IR-200 cabinet IRs. Or perform live on your favourite streaming platforms with fantastic direct sound.

Practice, Monitor, and Play Along with a Backing Track

The IR-200 is also equipped with a headphone jack for monitoring sound while practicing, recording, or playing live. You can play with normal stereo sound through headphones or switch to a cool surround effect for an immersive sound experience. There is also a stereo auxiliary input for jamming along to songs or supporting music from your phone, mixer, or other audio device.
