The new crossover offers better frequency linearity, coherence, and summation between drivers, and by introducing the port located at the back of the enclosure, optimised with a refined aesthetic and finite element analysis (FEA), noise and distortion are reduced while airflow is increased to minimise thermal compression.
Additionally, the diaphragm size in the compression driver has increased from 1” to 1.4”, allowing each speaker to operate at its optimal frequency band, with greater efficiency and more precise details in the high-frequency range.
