Floyd Rose presents the new FRX tremolo system for Les Paul, SG, and Flying V guitars.
FRX mounts directly in place of the Tune-O-Matic system and stopbar, using the existing mounting holes, without requiring modifications.
The locking nut is mounted behind the existing nut, in place of the adjustment rod cover.
The FRX locking nut has mounting holes on the left and right; only two wood screws are needed for installation.
If the angle of the guitar head is less than the standard 17°, the FRX Custom locking nut with spacer is required. Please refer to the PDF installation instructions.
On some Les Paul models, the neck angle may require minor body modifications to function correctly.
Check the bridge dimensions before purchase.
If you want the bridge to be in fully floating mode, keep the nylon assist ball in its place.
