The rack arrived with slightly damaged packaging but I decided to pick up the package thinking it wouldn't be a problem, and it wasn't. (I sent a picture of the packaging to the company and was called immediately to resolve any potential issue, but it wasn't necessary!) You need a bit of patience for assembly. The product is okay, it even comes with screws and nuts for mounting the devices.
